The mission of building better managers does not live in improved training or more L&D
That was never the issue.
The issue is that managers have an almost unlimited amount of tools in their toolbox, but no understanding of when and how to use them properly.
From inclusion best practices, how to run a better one on one, to improving team alignment, managers are inundated with a non-stop flow of flavor of the month SaaS products promising to make the world a better place.
All the while LinkedIn fills their feed with "4 day work weeks solve world peace” articles by some internet blogger guest posting on Forbes who has never worked at a company a day in his life.
To really build better managers, we need to stop adding tools to managers' toolboxes and start creating frameworks and shared heuristics on how and when to use these tools properly.
If anything, this is what LEON does. We give you a construct into which your toolbox fits.
LEON tells you the best time to do a one on one.
LEON tells you when to implement that alignment strategy.
LEON tells you when to start a 4 day work week and for how long.
And most importantly, LEON tells you when to put the pedal to the floor and gun for the fucking moon, instead of your own head.
